Marie Hines is a singer-songwriter and pianist from South Carolina and now based in Nashville. When she talks about her music, this is what she says :  “I write about things I’ve experienced because that’s what people can relate to. I want to be a part of people's lives. That’s the reason I make music”

Her music can remind Sara Bareilles or Regina Spektor's style. She has released 3 records : "Paper Heart EP" (2008), "Worth The Fight" (2010) and "The Living Room Sessions" (2011).
