Elaine Faye, is an up and coming soul shaker, groove maker and heart strings manipulator originally from Seattle Washington but currently based out of San Diego/Los Angeles California. Her music blends two parts soul, to one part pop, with a tea spoon of folk creating a unique and alternative take on southern California soul.
Elaine's music sounds like a amazing mix between Lauren Hill and AMy Winehouse style of music. She has released her first EP in november, 2011. This EP contains 5 songs, each one as good as the others, that I can't stop to listen to.
