March 10th, 2012, Ida Gard performed for Klub8 with Tobias Trier, a danish singer-songwriter. Tobias Trier posted the video of this show lately and I thought you might like to see it as well. It's a great acoustic performance of these two artists with also short interviews in danish.

Jessi Robertson has recorded a new song "(ill) legitimately" . Here's what she said about that song "When I heard Todd Aiken's remarks about "legitimate rape" it made me burn with anger. I don't normally write political songs, and I'm not even sure if this qualifies as political, but my feelings on this subject were so overwhelming that I had to get it out in song."
There are two versions here from the same basic recording. One is stripped down with just guitar and vocal while the other is more full with drums, organs, and other assorted sounds.

Gianna Salvato is a young & talented singer songwriter (around 15 years old?) based out of New York. She is a member of the New York Songwriters Circle. "Her goal is to become a major solo artist who is not only known for her voice but for music that inspires."
Gianna has an gorgeous soul voice. When you listen to her music, you can't believe she is so young. For that, she reminds me a lot an other member of the nysc : Sarah Solovay. Unfortunatly I can't tell you more about this artist, but keep an eye on her music, I bet she is poised to make her mark in the music industry.
